Save where we are ourselves a buyer or a seller, we are not a party to any contract, transaction, or agreement between users, nor do we act as an importer, exporter, broker, or carrier.

All logistics, transport, shipping, and cross-border export or import arrangements are to be negotiated, managed, and executed solely between the respective buyer and seller. We assume absolutely no responsibility, risk, or liability for shipping costs, delivery delays, lost or damaged cargo, customs clearance, or compliance with international trade regulations. Users are strictly responsible for preparing and filing all necessary shipping and export documentation.
